About RoleWatcher

I didn't set out to build a job board.

I was looking for a job, and every day I'd check a handful of company career pages, hoping I hadn't missed a new opening. It was exhausting.

So I built a simple tool to keep track of them in one place.

5 companies became 10. 10 became 20. Today it's 100+.

What started as a tool for my own job search is now RoleWatcher, bringing together tech-related jobs from 100+ companies across Michigan and U.S. remote roles open to Michigan residents. Everything is updated daily, and you don't need an account to browse.

My goal is to give Michigan job seekers a centralized view of tech opportunities, so they spend less time searching individual company websites and more time applying.
