RoleWatcher started as a personal tool. I was actively job hunting and wanted to track roles from companies I was interested in working for. Instead of visiting dozens of career pages every day, I built a simple website to collect those jobs in one place so I could check them daily and be among the first to apply when something new posted.

As the list grew I realized this wasn't just useful for me. Anyone in Michigan looking for a tech role was dealing with the same problem, too many places to check, too much noise, and no dedicated space for Michigan tech opportunities specifically.
